ARC Yard Sale Begins

The Animal Resource Center is holding its annual yard sale through Sunday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the former Ames store at the Columbia Mall.

Sunday is cleanup day.

Volunteers, from left, Sharon Yasneski, Faye Sheatler, Shirley Adams, Gloria Bitler, Linda Bird, and Marilyn Meeker, prepare for the sale Wednesday afternoon.

Homemade food, along with fresh baked goods, will be available.

There are more than 300 tables of items for sale.

Just look at all these happy shoppers on Friday!

Lot's of good things to eat at the food stands! Almost like going to fair.

Yard sale preview

Wow! There is already a LOT of merchandise lined up for the upcoming yard sale. Check out this panoramic shot I took today...

Of note were the antique records, 78s I believe and the large selection of books and video cassettes. There is a large selection of dinner ware, too. You can even buy Christmas cacti: they're about to bloom.

There is a lot of computers and electronics, too.

Got soda?

Please donate canned soda to sell at the Annual Yard Sale at the Columbia Mall. Yard-sale-ing can make one thirsty, and we want to make the yard-salers happy so they buy more stuff! Just drop it off at the old Ames store at the Columbia Mall.
