Mary Kisatsky is a special education teacher in the Hazleton Area School District. She won the $1,000 in gas gift certificates from a fund raiser raffle for the Animal Resource Center, Bloomsburg.The winning ticket number was 193. The ticket was drawn at the board meeting on 12/2/08.
